Reliable Licensing, Responsive Staff, and Community-Centered Processes
The Auditor’s Office provides essential services that people rely on every day, including licensing, voter registration, and access to records. These interactions shape how people experience their local government. My priority is to ensure these services are reliable, respectful, and easy to navigate.
Earlier in my career, I worked with county offices to improve how services are delivered, including helping create systems that allowed staff to better serve the public efficiently. I understand that small improvements in process can make a big difference in people’s daily lives. I will continue to look for ways to streamline services, support staff, and ensure that every person who reaches out receives accurate information and timely help.
Good public service depends on the people doing the work. Staff need the tools, training, and support to serve the public effectively. Listening to staff is just as important as listening to residents, because they understand where systems are working and where improvements can be made.
My goal is to create a consistent experience across all services. People should feel confident that when they interact with the Auditor’s Office, they will be treated with respect and receive clear, reliable information. That kind of consistency builds trust over time.
